The competition is open to ladies who have reached the age of 55 by 1 January in the year of competition. The maximum permitted handicaps is 36.
Players who hold a CONGU handicap and are members of clubs affiliated to the NAPGC may enter by completing an entry form and returning it to the Competition Organiser by the closing date, together with the appropriate entry fee.
Two players who enter from the same NAPGC affiliated club may form a team and pay the appropriate entry fee to the Competition Organiser and compete for the Reg Pugh Shield.
The following trophies will be awarded at the National Final:
a) The Barbara Rainey Bowl - most points by an individual b) The Reg Pugh Shield - best aggregate score of the two player teams
At the National Finals three prizes will be awarded to the best individuals and two prizes for the best team aggregate scores.
