Bourne-Vanneck Shield and Cup Men's Club Team Championship, scratch and nett, open to teams of three, all to count with a maximum individual handicap of 20. There are five regional finals held all over the Country and the best gross and best nett team go forward to the National Final. If more than 15 teams compete at the regional final then the two best gross and nett go forward. The winners of the B-V Cup will represent the NAPGC in the England Golf Champion of Champions competition.
Championship of England Before the end of May each year, NAPGC Member Clubs will stage a Club Level Qualifying Round over 18 holes stroke play which may be held in conjunction with one of their club medal rounds. A minimum of best overall gross and nett and the winners in each division will go forward to their regional final. From each of these regional finals a minimum of the best overall gross and nett and the first in each division will be invited to compete at Woodhall Spa for the Championship of England. At the National Final, the players with the best NETT score in Divisions 0-12 and 13-28 will each represent the NAPGC in the England Golf Fullers Gold Medal National Final.
Gordon Forster Bowl The Competition is open to any number of club teams which are comprised of four amateur male golfers who are members of the same club. This is open to non NAPGC Member Clubs and starts in November with a National Final in April.
Scratch Championship of England Play will be stroke play over 36 holes at Woodhall Spa and players will be eligible to enter as individuals with a maximum handicap of 9. In the event of entries exceeding 72, players will be balloted out on handicap. The winner of the Championship will be invited to play in the English Golf Union Champion of Champions at Woodhall Spa in September.
"This is a team competition and is open to men and ladies who are members of clubs affiliated to the NAPGC. Teams will comprise of four players with playing handicaps 13-18 and four players with playing handicaps of 19-28 for men and 19-36 for ladies. Pairs may be men, ladies or mixed.
A club team will comprise of four pairs. All pairs to play 18 holes Better Ball Stableford. Two pairs will play at home and two pairs will play away and the team score is the aggregate of the home and away points. All matches will be played from the appropriate medal tees."
Teams will be placed in one of three Areas (roughly one in Midlands/North and two in the remainder of the country) with the Area winners meeting in the final.
